Returns Policy


We know you’ve been in search of just the right wedding accessory to perfectly compliment your style and we hope your search has ended here. 

Our goal is for you to be thrilled with your veil or hairpiece, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If there is a problem with your order, we gladly accept returns for 14 days from the date you receive it. If more than 14 days have gone by since your order was received, the sale becomes final, and unfortunately we can’t accept the return.

Please note that we recommend ordering 2 to 3 months prior to your wedding to ensure on-time delivery and the opportunity to verify satisfaction with your order, as stated on our Shipping and Delivery page. We can not accept returns for last minute orders (less than a month before your event) that do not arrive on time.

For Returns:

  • Merchandise must not be altered or washed and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as an order ID or customer account. Please email us at with your return request and proof of purchase. We will respond within 24 hours to approve your request.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email detailing where to return your purchase.

Dealing with returns is a hassle for you and for us, and we know you don't need something else to do when you're planing a wedding! Please take special care when selecting your veil and/or hair accessory, and contact us on our Contact Us page or at with any questions you have, prior to your purchase. We are always here to help.


If you want to exchange an item, please follow the same procedures as for a return. You would then purchase the replacement item as a separate transaction. We do offer a discount for a replacement purchase from Your Wedding Veil Store. This means, if you are not satisfied with your purchased veil or hair ornament, we’ll give you a discount code for 40% off your next purchase of a like item from our store. We are confident you’ll be satisfied with the quality and style of your new purchase upon delivery and we hope you’ll share your unique look on our Facebook page.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
